These terms govern the NFC digital business card service (the "Service") provided by Qeight Co.Ltd. ("Qeight"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Service

The Service displays the profile and social links you register to anyone who taps your NFC card.

2. Password

You are responsible for keeping your card password safe. Qeight is not liable for damage caused by inadequate password management.

3. Published information

• You are responsible for the content you register and for its being made public.
• Anyone who taps the card can view the registered information. Do not register information you do not want to be public.

4. Prohibited acts

• Registering content that violates laws or public order
• Impersonating others or registering false information
• Infringing third-party rights (portrait, copyright, privacy, etc.)
• Obscene, violent or discriminatory content, or content for fraud or solicitation
• Interfering with the Service, unauthorized access, or excessive load

5. Removal and suspension

Qeight may delete information or suspend a card without notice if it judges these terms were violated.

6. Changes to the Service

Qeight may change, suspend or terminate the Service without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer

Qeight does not guarantee the accuracy, continuity or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service, and is not liable for damages arising from its use or inability to use it, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

8. Changes to these terms

Qeight may change these terms. Changes take effect when posted on this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
