Privacy Policy

Qeight Co.Ltd. ("Qeight") handles personal information in the NFC digital business card service (the "Service") as described below.

1. Information we collect

• Information you register: name, company, title/department, bio, photo, email, phone number, social IDs/URLs and custom links
• Password: stored only as an irreversible hash. Qeight cannot see your password
• Cookies: used to recognize the owner's device (to show the Edit button) and to remember the display language. Not used for advertising or analytics
• Access logs: IP address, time, requested page and browser information (for operation and abuse prevention)

2. Purposes of use

• Showing your profile and providing a contact file to people who tap your card
• Letting you edit your information (identity check)
• Operating the Service, preventing abuse and troubleshooting

3. Public information

The information you register (except the password) is visible to anyone who taps the card or knows the URL. Do not register information you do not want to be public.

4. Sharing and processors

Qeight does not provide personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law. The Service runs on Google Cloud (Cloud Run and Firestore, Tokyo region), where the information is stored.

5. Retention

Registered information is kept until you request deletion or the Service ends. Access logs are kept only as long as necessary for operation.

6. Access, correction and deletion

You can correct your information at any time on the Edit screen. To request disclosure or deletion, contact us below. We will respond within a reasonable period after verifying your identity.

7. Security

We use HTTPS and hashed passwords, and take other measures to prevent leakage or loss.

8. Changes

This policy may be revised. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
